Four Paddle Bale Clamp
Replacing earlier two-paddle clamps, the four paddle design permits placing rubber bales tightly into domestic and export container.
Rubber bales come in a wide range of Mooney values. Lower reading bales tend to creep rapidly and often arrive at the palletizing site too big to fit their container. The four-paddle clamp can resize these bales on the fly and insure a good tight fit.
Bale Unload System
This special clamp uses auger bits to depalletize rubber bales. The auger bit design is more effective in picking stuck bales than vacuum. The all-pneumatic drive does not overheat at stall.
This clamp can be used with existing manipulators to unload rejected containers of rubber bales for rework or for slow process blending lines. For faster lines, this clamp can be used with a de-palletizing robot to service multiple blending lines.
