Eliminate WIP with a Sage Web-to-Gluer system.  Sage's system includes product handling conveyors, gluer infeed conveyors, and real time buffering.  The robot takes care of everything; just enter the product code and all else is automatic.

Multiple presses and gluers can be handled at one time.  The Robot will buffer a product when a gluer is down, then use that product to feed the gluer when the web is down.  This keeps both pieces of equipment running at their maximum rates.  Each system produced by Sage is individually design for the operation at hand.  Customized operator screens make product selection and allocation easy.
