This multi-size pallet hopper is used to store one of three differently sized pallets for robot picking.  A stack of empty pallets is loaded and justified for proper alignment.

Robot Safety Beams are interlocked to the robot controller for indication of a new stack of pallets loaded into the hopper.  The robot never stops palletizing during loading.  From simple single size empty pallet hoppers for robot picking and placing of pallets, to complex, multi-size pallet dispensers that can be loaded by conveyor, T-Car, AGV, or Fork Truck, Sage engineers can custom design a system layout to accomplish your pallet dispensing tasks.
