The large area capability of a gantry robot allows multiple production lines to be tended by a single robot. This closed gantry takes cases of products from six manufacturing lines and simultaneously palletizes all six products.

If ratio of production is too high for one robot, additional YZ bridges can be added to the gantry allowing multiple robots to work on common X beams.
Each product has a stored program and stacking pattern, which is automatically configured by a known SKU to a specific lane.
