With an entry level squaring station, this Sage Model 2000XH Closed Gantry System depalletizes full layers from loads delivered by fork trucks.

This 2 - Axis Sage Model 200XH system is capable of lifting a full layer of product weighing more that 400 pounds.  In removing a layer at a time stacked in a simple row or in a complex pinwheel pattern, the layer is placed onto a descrambling conveyor.  Once like products are accumulated, mixed loads are assembled and re-palletized for store orders.
