Here is a complete open gantry work cell. The fixed Y open gantry picks loose stacks of newspaper inserts grouped in three bundles from each of two infeed lines, palletizes each simultaneously, dispenses pallets, puts slip sheets and plastic barrier sheets, and operates the whole system automatically.
